Version 1.1 Release

Just some bug fixes and minor improvements... See the changelog below.

Version: 1.0 
    - Changed
        - Moved the Finishing point in
          Level 1.8 to a more obvious position
        - The Boxes now don't already spawn
          when the scene is loaded in levels 3.3
          and 3.4.
    - Fixed
        - Part of the ground which unnecessarely
          turned into pass-through mode,
          when the final pressure plate is pressed,
          no longer does.
        - Level 2.7 is now possible (end trigger
          was underneath the death trigger).
